2. Shipping Destinations - We currently only ship to the United Kingdom

3. Processing Times - Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

4. Note: Processing times may vary during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas) or in the event of high order volumes.

5. Shipping Rates and Options - We offer the following shipping options; Standard Shipping 2-5  business days, cost £2.50 or Free over £45. Estimated delivery times are based on typical delivery schedules. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs, and weather conditions.

6. Free Shipping - We offer free standard shipping on orders over £45

7. Order Tracking - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

8. Shipping Delays - Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. Shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as weather conditions, peak holiday seasons or high order volumes. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
